The Edinburgh University Boxing Club holds two separate bundles or training sessions: open to those who wish to compete for the university as well as those just wanting to keep fit. Whatever your goals, we will be able to help you meet them at EUBC.
Beginner/ Fitness Sessions
Sessions here are aimed at teaching the basics of boxing and developing overall fitness for the sport. Our club officers and coaches are enthusiastic and committed to helping you achieve your training goals, whatever they may be. Classes consisting of shadow-boxing, skipping, punching bag work, partner and pad work, as well as strength and conditioning circuits.
